BRCGS Root Cause Analysis Training Overview
Food Professionals are often faced by problems or non-conformities that requires attention, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and appropriate actions. When problems are not investigated properly, teams often fix symptoms instead of causes. That wastes time, increases repeat issues, and weakens confidence in corrective action.

This root cause analysis certification is of great value to those working with any GFSI recognised certification programmes like BCRGS, FSSC22000, SQF, IFS as well as varied customer standards.
The training uses active learning and case study-based exercises to encourage critical thinking and show how sites can apply Rot cause analysis in practice.
Participants are assessed by exam at the end of the course. This course forms part of the BRCGS Professional recognition programme.
