BRCGS Environmental Monitoring Training Overview
Environmental monitoring plays an important role in identifying potential microbiological risks in production and open product areas. When programmes are poorly designed or inconsistently applied, businesses can miss important warning signs, weaken corrective action, and increase food safety risk.
This practical BRCGS Environmental Monitoring course for Food Industry Professionals helps participants understand the key components of an effective programme, including sampling methods, suitable target organisms, corrective action, and programme verification.
The purpose of this industry-recognised training is to help food professionals build knowledge and practical capability to design, implement, and improve an environmental monitoring programme that supports stronger microbiological risk control in production and open product areas to enhance food safety performance.
Delivered by Food Surety in Virtual Classroom and Classroom formats for professionals in New Zealand and Australia.
Participants are assessed by a post-course assignment. This course forms part of the BRCGS Professional recognition programme.
